All transactions at the Ticketmaster Ticket Office are cashless. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are valid forms of payment.
Personal checks, bitcoin, crypto, and money orders are NOT accepted. No refunds or exchanges.

All tickets are digital via Ticketmaster SafeTix — no print-at-home or screenshots accepted
Access via Ticketmaster App or Ticketmaster Account Manager (Firebirds/Suite/Premium/Season holders use the Premium Account Manager, separate from regular Ticketmaster.com login)
How-to: open app → log in → find event → tap for barcode → scan at entry
Tips: save to Apple Wallet/Google Pay, keep phone charged, screenshots won't work (barcode refreshes continuously)
Payment & ID's
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover — cardholder must be present with valid government photo ID
Accepted ID: any valid government-issued photo ID, including passports

Transferring Tickets
- Sign in, select event
- Select "Transfer Tickets"
- Choose tickets
- Enter recipient's name/email + optional note
- Confirm and send
(Recipient needs a Ticketmaster account to accept)
Child Ticket Policy
Varies by event — generally free for children 24 months and under if on an adult's lap (not universal, check per event)
Military Tickets
Discounts available for some events, typically in-person only at the Box Office — contact boxoffice@acrisurearena.com for specifics

Season/premium/suite holders use the same email they've always used to log into Account Manager (distinct from Ticketmaster.com's My Account)
