Accessibility

How do I purchase ADA seats, and can my companion sit with me?

When viewing tickets on Ticketmaster, all ADA seating will be marked with the ADA symbol. These sections will also have the letter “W” at the end of the section number. For example, it will appear as Section 127W. Every ADA guest is allowed to purchase one companion seat with their purchase.

Can I get wheelchair assistance from the entrance to my seat?

Upon your arrival, you may request a wheelchair escort. One of our team members can assist you to your ticketed seat, and we can also arrange for a return escort at the end of the event or earlier if needed.

Where should I park and enter if I have ADA needs?

All three of our parking lots offer designated ADA parking spaces; however, these spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The closest ADA parking to the venue is located in our Main Lot
